Are you interested in a warm island get away, but don’t know how to go about it? Having vacationed in Puerto Rico multiple times, we began some online shopping for a realtor. We ultimately discovered Christian in 2019, when we had had enough of the cold MN winters. Christian guided us through the ins and out of owning a single home in a neighborhood vs a condo in a complex vs a short or long term rental on the island. He was knowledgeable about so many aspects of island living, honest about where he would or would not recommend based on our conversations, and perhaps most importantly, he listened carefully about how far we wished to travel from the airport, to reach our dream, of a little spot on a beach. Christian speaks English, a very helpful factor if shopping from the mainland, and he is a quintessential professional at his job. On top of that, Christian is in general an incredibly kind and caring individual. He was attentive, always available and prompt in every way. In sum, Christian was a great asset and comfort to have on our team, as we made a leap to island life. When our lives changed seven years later and we desired to redirect our attention to several new grandchildren, we didn’t hesitate to once again reach out to Christian. In less time than it took us to choose an apartment in Puerto Rico, Christian had guided us to a successful sale of our property. Puerto Rico will always hold a special place in our hearts. Christian Ortiz at Ordorico Realty, will be the first person we call in the future, should we find ourselves in a position to do it all over again!
