In Ordorica Realty, I am in charge of the Department of Foreclosing Properties, seeking for new business, BPO’S, marketing and sales strategies. I am very dedicated to my profession, and I have many years of experience and knowledge of the Real Estate and Mortgage Banking Industry. I am writing this review to share my experience of working with Christian- Christian did an excellent job coordinating multiple showings for us. He not only arranged a viewing for a property we were eager to see but also showed us two others he believed would be a good fit. We ultimately chose a property we wouldn’t have considered without his suggestion, and for that, we are very grateful. Christian’s extensive knowledge about Puerto Rico was invaluable throughout the process. Whenever we needed a local service or advice, Christian always seemed to “know a guy” for everything. The financing process was lengthy and complicated, but Christian help us stayed on top of it by regularly contacting the bank and pushing them to move things along. His persistence made a huge difference. We are incredibly thankful for all the help Christian provided and wish you the best of luck as you navigate purchasing a property in Puerto Rico.
