Beautiful place to stay in when you arrive at Isla Verde. Christian and Elizabeth were great hosts. They would answer all of our questions on a timely manner. They would check up on us. The place is as shown on the pictures. Don’t have anything bad to say. Would recommend it to anyone who is on vacation and wants to be close to the airport. We would rent from Christian and Elizabeth again.

My stay here was ok, I was mostly disappointed in the location considering how beautiful the Airbnb looked on online. It was clean inside it was cute very small but ok for 4 people. If you need somewhere to stay this is a quick to stay. If you’re not a fan of insects DO NOT STAY HERE. There were these huge ROACHES. I didn’t mind seeing a few bugs after seeing the place and location outside. The rules of the house were on the walls. Be mindful of the bathroom one that you can’t flush the toilet paper. When you wipe it’s the trash!! 🫣

It was a great place, very clean! They accommodated our request. Everything was mainly 10-15 mins away , not bad at all. I would stay here again!

I chose Christian and Lizbeth’s place to celebrate my 25th birthday and I am so happy I did!! Everything was perfect & their place is so cute!! Everything in the house worked fine and was in all the appropriate places when needed. We did have a little trouble finding the place at first but with patience and excellent help from the two of them we quickly found it. They even waited for us to arrive to make sure we were at the correct house! When contacting them for anything additional things needed they responded very quickly and got us situated! San Juan and Old San Juan were very close and Ubers were cheaper than expected! THANK YOU THANK YOU!! #KF

Nice airbnb only thing was shower would not get warm at all so showering was very chilly . Very modern and clean with great amenities though .

Our Stay at Christian and Lizbeth’s place was great. It was in a nice calm neighborhood which allowed us to relax after our long days of enjoying the island. The apartment was very clean and we met the cleaner while checking in. She was really welcoming and even recommended one of our favorite restaurants near the house (Metro Pol de island verde). Only thing to note is that a few neighbors have dogs and they tend to be an alarm clock rather early in the mornings. The powerful AC units and comfortable beds made up for the noise. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

Great location, close walk to beach, pool on premise. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. I didn’t have a car so it was nice to walk everywhere and less than a 10 minute uber to airport. Had a great stay!

LIKES: Near the locals, get to hear roosters in the morning, close to several tourists attractions and the airport, great communication and accommodations from the owners, very CLEAN, beds are comfortable, and they provided a cooler for the beach! DISLIKES: Bedrooms are not created equal (one is more fancier than the other), the bathroom is SMALL (if you are over 260 lbs and/or is taller than 5’8, you may have difficulty using the toilet), the water from the shower does not get hotter than lukewarm, and the water pressure from the shower is very weak. Overall, it was a GOOD stay for a short period of time.

Christian & Lizbeth were amazing and very helpful my whole trip! My first time in Puerto Rico and i would definitely stay here again. Everywhere we went was less than 20 minutes away (minus the rainforest excursion it was about 40 minutes with traffic). Ubers were very cheap. I would definitely recommend this place if you are trying to find a nice place to stay in Puerto Rico !

Very kind, responsive, and quick to help host! Was always immediately texted back regarding any questions or concerns and issues were always quickly resolved. Beautiful apartment in a local neighborhood, perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to escape the busy parts of San Juan. Everything was clean, organized, and as described! Not to mention the sweet cats that roamed the neighborhood who were always coming over to say hello. Overall a great stay, and no more than 20 minutes from anywhere you’re looking to go in San Juan.

This was a great stay! Christian and Lizbeth were both very responsive and polite. The pictures were exactly like the in-person experience! So beautiful! 10/10 recommend. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

The location was perfect for someone who did not want to be in a touristy location. It was tucked in the neighborhoods of Carolina but well within a short driving distance of all the tourist locations. The inside was great and made feel at home! Don’t get me started on the comfy beds and cold AC, they were great! Everything was perfect to me! One thing to note though and it’s not a hit on the Airbnb, it is just one thing to not for tourist who have never been like myself is to make sure no crumbs are on the ground because I found some ants that got in. 10/10 would recommend this locations and 100% will use again! The owners were super responsive and willing to help!

This home was super clean and in a great location. Restaurants, pharmacies and super markets were close by. The neighborhood is peaceful. The hosts were always quick to respond if we had any questions. You just have to be cautious with the shower because the water leaks onto the floor a little bit but other than that our stay was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed. It was in the perfect location, it was clean, the host were very friendly and responsive. I appreciate how attentive the host were with everything. Major benefit that this place was only 10 minutes away from the airport as well. I would recommend this location to anyone.

We had a good time staying at this property for a few nights, we enjoyed the neighborhood cats and the patio. We had everything we needed there, though a bit smaller than we expected. The neighbors have some small dogs that are very loud and consistent throughout the day but not at night. Overall it was a good experience, we'd book again.

The place was cozy and clean! I felt very safe in the airbnb! The instructions were clear and concise. There was a bit of an issue with the wifi but the host was quick to fix. The only problem we had were that the walls are super thin within the complex and you can hear everything. Besides that we enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is just like the pictures, cozy and comfortable! Check in process was easy just make sure to follow directions 🙂 I do recommend a rental car if your wanting to explore a little more, it’s also near by the freeway, Apartment is not far from the airport which was definitely a plus! There are cats that wonder but they are no harm! Both Lizbeth & Cristian were welcoming & very helpful, with great communication!

Really enjoyed our stay at Christian and Lizbeth's apartment. Was a great location and will definitely stay again. Water could have been hotter in the shower but wasn't horrible. Great breakfast spot a half a block away - Hijole (I believe that was the name), delicious, nice size portions and VERY affordable. Plenty of clean towels, beach chairs in the apartment for our use. Air conditioning was pheWe were very happy with the location and as previously stated will definitely stay there again.Dawn & Peter

My mother, sister & I had a great time at the stay. It was very clean when we arrived. It was about ten minutes from majority of the places we needed to visit which was perfect. The host are also very responsive and friendly!

First I would like to say Christian and Lizbeth was very helpful with communication and information and very easy to contact. They worked well with us to resolve an issue we had which caused us to leave the property the next day after check in. They were great with communication. Now for the place itself.. it is definitely not like pictured. It looks like it could use some updating in person. There were some stains on the chairs, there weren’t any dressers in the room, the AC unit in one of the rooms was leaking, and the home was a lot smaller than expected. We were a family of 4 and it was way too tight for us. The bathroom is extremely small so much so that when you sit on the toilet your knees touch the sink. We were so impressed with the pictures that when we went in person we were extremely disappointed. The size alone was a deal breaker however the host was amazing with resolving the issues.

Place was really nice and small. I felt safe. Quiet, cute neighborhood. The directions were a little bit confusing coming from the airport and we couldn’t really get in contact with the host at the time but it was fine for the rest of the trip. Great speaker for the tv no need to bring a speaker! Loved that. Me and my girls really enjoyed our stay here. Ubers were cheap for the most part. I recommend a rental tho.

Quit noisy real early in the morning with the animals. But I love animals so I didn’t mind. Other than that it was a nice place & the host were very nice.

Christian and Lizbeth’s place was great. There are many kitty friends that will visit you during your stay which made it THAT much better! The place was clean, smelled amazing. Lizbeth was very responsive when i had questions. Space was organized and had everything necessary. Overall a great place and I would return!

Absolutely loved Christian and Lizbeth’s Place. Being able to experience staying in a local neighborhood really enhanced our PR experience. There was dogs barking and some wake up roosters early every morning but other than that inconvenience, the place was phenomenal. The neighbors was welcoming, there was plenty essential storefronts close by, and every room had its on climate control system which I felt was extremely convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Me and my friends had liked the aesthetics of this Airbnb! The mirrors in the bedroom and living room were very picture worthy! I will say it is a lot smaller than expected! Especially the bathroom!! So be mindful of that. Although it is clean i would wear slippers around the house! It can get a little noisy as the neighbors have dogs and the rooster lol!The temperature of the water depended on the day: raining? Cold water, hot day: luke warm water. We did feel very safe as there is a gate that you need a key to open before the front door! WiFi was good as well! Over all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely think to come back next time!!

I loved the flexibility of the host. We requested additional bed linen and they rushed over to drop them off. The apartment is very chic. The beds are so comfy. Definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed our stay! We were there to celebrate my birthday, and could have asked for better accommodations! The location is close to everything. 5 minutes from airport, and about 10 minutes from San Juan. The hosts are also very responsive. We had to call very early in the morning and they were able to assist. We will be back to PR and hope to stay at this home again!

I loved staying here! The apartment was clean, neat and we felt very safe here. They provided bottled water, coffee, cooking utentils and spices, pots and pans, basically a fully equipped kitchen, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beach chairs, cooler and towels. The a/c is super cold. Really all you need to bring is your clothes. Easy access to restaurants, beach, and SJU. Pool area is excellent. Having a parking spot is a big plus too. Thank you Christian and Lizbeth for hosting us ❤️

Great stay

The stay was great! Clean, easy to find, good internet, close to the city. Outside of the roosters in the morning and occasional dog barking, the noise outside wasn't bad, plus its out of their control anyway. I wish they had provided more bottled water and cleaning supplies.

This apartmentwas everything that is says in the description (I mean everythin). It was very welcoming once you got inside,it has everything you need for your stay. The hosts we're so amazing,they checked in with is often to make sure that we were comfortable,and had everything that we needed. We needed more towels & toilet tissue & I message Elizabeth& she assured me that she would get them to me and by the time we returned back to the apartment from our dailyouting the items were on the front porch.The only thing is that if you'rewanting to go out to Old San Juan you have to either get a rental car,Uber or a taxi (which is what we did). There isn't much to do in the location where the apartment is located but the hosts stated that to me in the beginning,so it really was a problem for us.
