Whatever brings you to Puerto Rico, wish to sightseeing, nightlife, beaches or business, the location of our apartment is your perfect choice to reach easily and quickly all the most attractive places of the city by car or uber, we know the importance of feeling comfortable and relaxed when you arrive back from a long day, this is what inspired us to remodel and equip this unit to provide you a stay in a clean and bright place, so you can recharge, relax and enjoy, all at an affordable price.

The space

The 2-bedroom apartment was total and complete renovated between 2021 and 2022, we were inspiring by the Contemporary Modern décor, everything it is brand new, and it has a fully equipped kitchen, desk area and living room, with free Wi-Fi and Netflix.

Our intention it is to provide our guest a place that it is clean, modern and cozy at an accessible price, so when they came from a long day of doing activities, they could experience a fresh apartment and relaxing vibe.

The apartment it is located on the second floor to the right, in the entrance you will find a hand-picked patio furniture, we you can sit to feel the weather, air, talk with your group our just relax.

Once you entrance to the apartment you will feel the vibe of the décor and you will find the dining room, with a peaceful colors and spacious space, you will have serving for 4 people, and it has an air conditioner so you can have a cool climate inside the unit.

Also, at the end of the dining area you will see the kitchen that it is very modern, and you will find appliances to make coffee, blender, toaster, tea, microwave and more, everything was picked to combine with the décor.

Additionally in the same area to the left you will find the first room, it has a full side bed, and it has a memory foam mattress that it is super comfortable, and it has curtains and black outs because I am a lover of a dark room to have a good rest and the room has air conditioner, so you will enjoy a fresh room after a hot day in Puerto Rico.

Next to the kitchen to the left, you will have an open living room, with a futon sofa, the tv that has free Netflix and a ceiling fan, also the furniture was pick up to give a Contemporary modern feeling.

Before you arrive to the second bedroom you will find the bedroom that has black and beige touches, it looks modern, and you will find shampoo, conditioner and body wash courtesy of the house.

Then, you have the second room that has a queen bed, the same mattress, air conditioning, blackouts and a desk, so if you need to do some work you can do it comfortably.

Finally, it is well place in a cul-de-sac and conveniently located with a drive distance to many of the areas of San Juan, beaches, attractions, nightlife, airport, sightseeing and cultural events, you can rent a car or use Uber.
